Chocolate Granola

Ingredients: 
  • 2 fl. oz MOV Dark Chocolate Balsamic
  • 1 tsp MOV Vanilla Dark Balsamic
  • 1/2 cup MOV Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup 100% cocoa Dutch processed++
  • 1 small container old fashion oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup walnut or nut of your choice
  • 1/2 cup shaved unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Whisk first five ingredients together.

In large bowl mix oatmeal, nuts and coconut together.

Pour chocolate mixture over dry ingredients.

Stir until well coated. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 250 for 90 minutes. Stir. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir.

Repeat until baked to your crunch likeness.

Once cooled mix in chocolate chip.
