Aged Cinnamon-Pear Dark Balsamic Recipes

Ingredients: Grape must, wine vinegar, natural flavors, naturally occurring sulfites. No caramel color or additional ingredients.

this delightful vinegar is spicy and warm, perfect drizzled over fresh fruit or as a dessert topping. Notes: It has the unique taste of d'anjou pear, and it matches well with many of our sweeter, fruity oils for a delicious marinade or salad dressing.
This balsamic is aged in the traditional Solera method.

Pairings:
Try pairing Aged Cinnamon-Pear Dark Balsamic with the following for a dynamite salad dressing or marinade:
  • Chipotle Olive Oil (makes a wonderful pork tenderloin marinade)
  • Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • Persian Lime Olive Oil
  • Lemon Olive Oil
