Golden Amaretto Granola

Ingredients: 
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup whole raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded dried coconut
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup MOV Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Amaretto
  • 1/2  cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame or flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions:

Mix all together in a bowl, spread on a cookie sheet

​Bake for 50 min at 300F stirring occasionally.
