Marinade Ideas


Pairing Suggestions:
  • Meats, such as beef or lamb chops can be marinated in garlic OO and black cherry balsamic.
  • Rib-eye steak marinated in chipotle OO and a dash of dark chocolate balsamic
  • Pork chops seared in Mushroom-Sage OO

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients by whisking them together in a bowl, or place them into your blender and blend.  
In a seal-able container or large zip lock bag, place your meat (any meat can be used, plus tofu) and thoroughly coat with the marinade.
Refrigerate and marinate for a minimum of 1 hour, but 4-6 hours or overnight is recommended in most cases).
Turning the meat at least once during the process so the marinade is evenly distributed.
