Nectarine Crostini


Ingredients: 
  • 3 - 4 Nectarines
  • 1 oz. MOV Honey Ginger White Balsamic
  • 1 oz. MOV Butter Olive Oil
  • 8 oz. Mascarpone cheese
  • Parsley
  • 1 ​Sourdough baguette

Directions:
Place sliced nectarines in a container and drizzle with Honey Ginger Balsamic, let sit over night.

Next day - Grill or bake nectarines for about 2 minutes each side enough for the Balsamic to become a glaze, set aside.

Cut your sourdough baguette and brush with Butter Olive Oil then toast until golden brown.

​Once toasted add mascarpone and top with the sliced nectarine - add chopped parsley for presentation.
