Dill has been used in cooking since the Middle Ages, & has a distinctive smell & taste that speaks of gardens & fresh food. We've added a wee bit of lemon to fill out the flavor & added a wee bit of pucker. These crackers go great w/smoked salmon, a little Creme fraiche w/thinly sliced cucumber, or a nice egg salad.
Jack's Crackers is the result of a happy accident, a love of cooking, and a trio of cats. All our products are based on the idea that a cracker, like life, may be simple, but it doesn't have to be boring.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, baking powder, spice, white wine, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, ethyl alcohol, water, natural flavor.
