Tri Tip Roast w/Balsamic Marinade


Ingredients: 
  • 2 lb. Tri Tip Roast
  • 2 Tbls. Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbls.MOV Neapolitan Herb Balsamic
  • 2 Tbls. MOV Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic
  • ​1/4 Cup MOV Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic clove crushed
  • ​1 Tsp. NHHS Ground Black Pepper

Directions:
Combine; soy sauce, Neapolitan Herb Balsamic, Blackberry - Ginger Balsamic, extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, and black pepper in a zip-top bag.

​Add the roast and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

Remove the meat from the marinade, let sit 40 minutes.

​Smoke, grill or broil until cooked to your desired degree of doneness.
