Holiday Cranberry Meatballs

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Pound Ground Pork
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 1/3 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Cranberry Glaze:
  • 1 Jar Wozz! Cranberry Blood Orange Cognac Chutney
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 3 Tbs Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F degrees

In a large mixing bowl combine beef, pork, egg, breadcrumbs, cayenne, allspice, garlic powder and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Form meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  
Bake for 20-25 minutes.  

In a large saucepan, on medium heat, add 1 cup of orange juice, 1 jar of Wozz! Cranberry Blood Orange Cognac Chutney, brown sugar and fresh cranberries. Cook and stir until sauce combines and thickens up, approximately 3-5 minutes.  Toss in your meatballs and coat well.  

Serve warm piled up in a bowl.  Makes a great holiday appetizer.
