Beef Stew


Ingredients: 
  • 1-2 lbs. stew beef​
  • 2 lg. potatoes, washed & cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 lg carrots, washed & cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 sm onion
  • 2-4 Tbls. MOV Garlic Oil or your favorirte Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbls flour
  • 3 Tbls NHHS Burger Blend
  • 4 Tbls NHHS Low-Sodium Bouillon Blend, mixed in 4 cups hot water or 4 cups stock
  • ​Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Mix flour & Burger blend together. 
Lightly coat the beef.
Add oil to the pot & brown the beef on all sides.
Add onion & saute for about 3 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients & cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes & carrots are tender.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Serve with shaved parmesan cheese.
