Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil
As the Blood Oranges and Tunisian olives ripen, we press them together to form this beautiful (agrumato) or combination of whole, fresh citrus fruits crushed with olives. Our Whole Fruit Blood Orange is exceedingly versatile; use it on fish and seafood, chicken, fruit, salads and much more. Enjoy this blended with our Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic Vinegar for a lively, tart vinaigrette.

Pairings:
Try pairing Blood Orange Olive Oil with the following for a dynamite salad dressing or marinade:
  • Honey Ginger White Balsamic
  • Dark Chocolate Dark Balsamic
  • Maple Dark Balsamic
  • Cranberry Pear White Balsamic
  • Tangerine Dark Balsamic​​
  • Cascadian Wild Raspberry White Balsamic ​

​Common Uses:​
  • Replace the vegetable oil in a brownie mix for a surprisingly delicious chocolate orange brownie.
  • Roast carrots in it and save some to drizzle on the carrots after they are roasted.
