Dark Chocolate Walnut Brownies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup roasted walnut oil 1 cup dark chocolate chips 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp NHHS Vanilla Extract 2 tbsp MOV Dark Chocolate Balsamic 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 sp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl (or using a double boiler), melt chocolate with the roasted walnut oil until smooth letting cool slightly.
Whisk in both sugars. Once combined, add eggs, vanilla extract, and dark chocolate balsamic vinegar, mixing until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Stir in chopped walnuts, if using.
Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
