Fried Cherry Raviolis

Ingredients:

Directions:
Thaw & cut pastry dough into 1-1/2 inch squares & set aside.
Heat the oil for frying.
Pit & quarter the cherries.
Peel, core & chop the apple into similar size pieces & set aside.
Mix the fruit, spices, salt & sugar in a pan & cook for approximately 15-20 minutes until soft.
Scoop 2 teaspoons of filling into the center of each square of dough.
Layer a second piece of dough & pinch the edges together.
Gently place the ravioli into the oil & fry until golden brown.
Slice raviolis in half & dust apple pie seasoning.
Serve hot.
