Grilled Salmon Goat Cheese Sampler

Ingredients:
- 1 Salmon filet (about 2” by 6”)
- 1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 12 Dill leaves
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Tbs MOV Wild Fernleaf Dill Oil
- 4oz Plain goat cheese
- 1 tsp MOV Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
- Lemon Zest (to taste, Optional)
Directions:
Cover salmon in MOV dill oil and grill on medium high heat (400-450F) for 6-12 Minutes
Whip the Sicilian Lemon Balsamic and Goat cheese until smooth.
Slice cucumber into 12 cracker thick rounds
Let salmon cool and cut filet into 12 pieces,
Spread each cucumber with a layer of cheese mix Layer a piece of salmon, lemon juice, and dill leaf to each cucumber
Add lemon zest sparingly to each piece Serve cold
Makes 12
