Moroccan Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:
Heat one Tablespoon. Garlic oil in medium to large skillet.
Add Chicken & sprinkle with 1 Tbl of spice blend and sauté until cooked through. Remove to a plate.
Heat 1 Tbl. garlic oil, add vegetables and stir.
Add 2 T spice blend & stir until well blended.
Deglaze pan with chicken stock.
Add chicken back to pan, add tomatoes and chick peas. Mix well and simmer until slightly thickened.
Serve with couscous, rice or Naan.
