Pan-seared Paprika Cod

Ingredients:
- 2 cod filets
- 2 tsp NHHS Sweet Smoked Paprika
- 1 TBS MOV Garlic Olive Oil
- 2-3 Tbs Flour
- 2-3 TBS Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp NHHS Garlic-Y Goodness
- Handful green beans or asparagus
Directions:
Pat the cod filets dry.
Heat a pan with butter and garlic oil.
Dredge filets in flour and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and Garlicy Goodness.
Saute cod until golden brown and cooked through (about 4-6 minutes, 2-3 minutes per side)
Saute green beans in pan once finished.
Serve hot
