Pan-seared Paprika Cod​

Ingredients:
  • 2 cod filets
  • 2 tsp NHHS Sweet Smoked Paprika
  • 1 TBS MOV Garlic Olive Oil
  • 2-3 Tbs Flour
  • 2-3 TBS Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp NHHS Garlic-Y Goodness 
  • Handful green beans or asparagus 

Directions:
Pat the cod filets dry.

Heat a pan with butter and garlic oil.

Dredge filets in flour and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and Garlicy Goodness.

Saute cod until golden brown and cooked through (about 4-6 minutes, 2-3 minutes per side)

Saute green beans in pan once finished.

Serve hot

Serves 2
