Seared Salmon w/Balsamic Gastrique
Ingredients:
- 2 Salmon files
- Salt, pepper, olive oil
- 1/4 cup MOV Watermelon Rosé Balsamic
- 1 Tbls. finely minced shallots
- 1 tsp. honey
- Couscous or farro salad
Directions:
Sear salmon in olive oil.
In a saucepan, cook shallots until soft & add balsamic & honey.
Reduce to a syrupy sauce.
Spoon the sauce over the salmon.
Serve with a green salad.
