Summer Squash Pasta

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 medium Summer Squash
  • 1/2 medium Zucchini
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Sweet yellow onion, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4-6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tsp MOV Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup MOV Butter Olive Oil
  • 1-1/2 Tbls NHHS Granite State Garlic & Pepper Blend
  • Pasta of choice​

Directions:
Saute the onion & garlic in the garlic oil over medium heat until the onions are translucent.

While the onions are cooking, chop the squash & zucchini into bite-size pieces & then add to the garlic mixture.

Add the butter oil & the GS garlic & pepper seasoning to the pan.
Cook approximate 15 minutes until the squash & zucchini are soft.

While the vegetables are cooking, bring a pot of water to boil & cook the pasta to the desired consistency.

Plate the pasta with the sauce. Squeeze with fresh lemon & garnish with chopped basil.
