Summer Squash Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:
Saute the onion & garlic in the garlic oil over medium heat until the onions are translucent.
While the onions are cooking, chop the squash & zucchini into bite-size pieces & then add to the garlic mixture.
Add the butter oil & the GS garlic & pepper seasoning to the pan.
Cook approximate 15 minutes until the squash & zucchini are soft.
While the vegetables are cooking, bring a pot of water to boil & cook the pasta to the desired consistency.
Plate the pasta with the sauce. Squeeze with fresh lemon & garnish with chopped basil.
