Watermelon Rosé Balsamic Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/ cup sugar
- 1 packet (2-1/4 tsp.) unflavored gelatin
- 1 tsp NHHS Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbls. MOV Watermelon Rosé Balsamic
Directions:
In a small bowl, bloom the gelatin in milk for 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat cream & sugar over medium heat until just steaming (do not boil).
Stir in the gelatin mixture until disolved, then add vanilla & 1 tbls balsamic.
Pour into ramekins & chill for a minimum of four (4) hours.
Drizzle with the remaining balsamic before serving.
