Balsamic French Toast


Ingredients: 
  • 1 Tbls. NHHS Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 8 slices Brioche or Challah bread
  • 2 Cups Fresh fruit of your choice
  • 4Tbl. MOV Maple Dark Balsamic, MOV Orange Olive Oil or Mandarin Orange Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbl. MOV Butter Olive Oil

Directions:
Whisk together cinnamon, eggs, milk, Vermont Maple Balsamic and vanilla and pour into a shallow container.

Dip bread (brioche) in egg mixture, then fry slices using Orange Olive Oil until golden brown (remember to flip and cook the other side).

​Serve with fresh fruit and top with Butter Infused Olive Oil.
