Chip or Veggie Dip
- Add 2 Tbls. 18 Mile to 1 cup of sour cream or yogurt or a combo (to your liking). Can be made ahead. Best to let sit a bit before serving.
- Add 1 - 3 Tbls. 18 Mile to 3 Tbls of mayonnaise or sour cream. Add juice of one lemon. Blend together in a small bowl. Great to top salmon or swordfish before or after baking. Or add to eggs for a delicious scrambled egg dish.
- Add 1/2 Tbls. to add extra zip
- Toss 1 tsp to your favorite corn or fish chowder recipe to add some great flavor
- Sprinkle each filet with 1 - 2 tsp. of 18 Mile, then pan fry in olive oil.
- Mix 2 tsp 18 Mile with 1/2 cup of your favorite olive oil and vinegar.
- Add to your favorite deviled eggs recipe for a dill-licious upgrade.
