Beet Campanelle
The beautiful, bold colors and flavors of beets, spinach, and carrots captured in a delicious dried pasta. 
Garlic Scapes Fusilli
Made with the delicate flower head and stalk of the plant, this pasta captures the essence of garlic. ​
Habanero Shells
Habanero shells are a favorite of those who love spice! One of our hot pastas, made with fresh red habaneros from Darby Farm, this pasta is great balanced with a sharp cheddar cheese and lots of vegetables. 
Heart Beets
Delightful little hearts. Delicous with butter and cheese and perfect for soups.
Herb Shells
Herb shells are made with the freshest summer herbs, and are delicious served simply with a drop of oil, salt, and pepper. Or add a fresh basil pesto and parmesan cheese for a flavor explosion!
Jalapeno Fusilli
A rich, mild heat pasta that brings flavor and depth to any sauce, especially delicious with a thick puttanesca.
Kale Fusilli
Kale makes a beautiful green shade for this fusilli. Pair with herb pestos for an earthy flavor that enriches the green color, or use this pasta to sneak a little green into our Friday Pasta Night!
Lake Monsters
A fun shape for kids of all ages, and a reference to Champ, the mythical lake monster of Lake Champlain- the waters surrounding the islands of Grand Isle.
Spinach Campanelle
Pasta made with local organic spinach. This pasta shape is a good sauce carrier. Great with marinara or creamy Alfredo sauce.
Sweet Pepper Fusilli
Made with sweet red peppers from local farms, this pasta pairs well with tomato based sauces. A favorite of kids for its mild flavor. 
Sweet Squash Campanelle

A sweet fall pasta made with winter squash. Delicious with a little goat cheese, sage, and cartelized onions.
Veggie Campanelle
