Pan Seared Salmon in Black Cherry Vinaigrette Sauce
(from one of our cooking demos)
Ingredients
- 2 five oz. Salmon Fillets
- 1 tsp. MOV Persian Lime Olive Oil
- Salt to taste Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp butter MOV Black Cherry Dark Balsamic
Directions:
Thaw shrimp while heating the oil and two pastes over a very low flame in a cast iron or similar heavy frying pan.
Add the shrimp, shells on. Cook over a very low heat for 30 minutes stirring to coat the shrimp with the reduced liquid.
Shrimp can be peeled and added to salads or eaten right out of the pan with crusty bread.
