ASAP Black Bean Dip

Ingredients:
  • 2  15oz. cans Black Beans
  • 2 Cloves  Garlic
  • 2-4 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 Small Tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp NHHS Temple Mt. Taco Blend 
  • 1 Tsp MOV Jalapeño White Balsamic ​
  • 1 Small Onion
  • NHHS Roasted Garlic Sea Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
​Directions:
In a blender or food processor, coarsely chop the beans, garlic, cilantro and 1 tomato.
(If a blender or food processor is not handy you can chop the ingredients on a cutting board but first drain the beans or you will have a real mess!)
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the Temple Mt. Taco Blend, Jalapeño balsamic, onion chopped finely, one tomato chopped fine, roasted garlic sea salt and pepper to taste. 
Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend. 
Serve with your favorite corn tortillas and guacamole!
Yields 10 / 3oz portions.
