Asian Lettuce Cups
From the MOV Kitchen
(super easy one pan dish)


Ingredients:
  • 1Tbsp. MOV Extra Virgin Olive Oil​
  • 1Lb. Ground pork or chicken 
  • 2 Tbsp. MOV Garlic Oil
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper (Diced)  
  • 1/2 Red onion (Diced)
  • Celery Stalk (Diced)
  • 4-5 Mushrooms (Chopped)
  • 2 tsp. Grated Ginger 
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced) 
  • 2 Tbsp. NHHS Thai Ginger Citrus Blend 
  • Butter lettuce cups or Romaine Hearts 
  • ​For the sauce 
  • 2 Tbsp. MOV Sesame Oil 
  • 2 Tbsp. MOV Honey Ginger Balsamic
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Chicken Stock
  • Mix all together and set aside 
  • Optional Ingredients
  • Chopped Peanuts 
  • Parsley or Cilantro Chopped 
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
Asian Pork Lettuce Cups Picture
​Directions:
Use a 12" non-stick fry pan over medium/high heat. Add olive oil the ground pork or chicken.  Cook until light brown.  Remove and drain on paper towels and set aside. 

In the same pan, add the garlic oil, ginger, garlic & all the veggies & sprinkle 1 Tbls.Thai Ginger Citrus Blend.  Sauté until tender crisp.  

Add cooked meat back to the pan with veggies and lower the heat.  Add second Tbsp Thai Ginger Citrus Blend and sauce mixture toss and cook until liquid has evaporated.

Spoon into lettuce cups.  Top with peanuts and chopped parsley or cilantro.

  Serve hot or cold
