Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs. poached chicken breast, shredded
3 Tbs. NHHS Buffalo Seasoning
1 Tbs. MOV A-Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp. NHHS Garlic-y Goodness
4 oz. whipped cream cheese
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
12 sheets wonton wraps
1-1/2 lbs. poached chicken breast, shredded

1 Tbs. MOV A-Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp. NHHS Garlic-y Goodness
4 oz. whipped cream cheese
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
12 sheets wonton wraps
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place first seven ingredients in bowl and stir to combine thoroughly. Place 2-3 Tbs. of mixture in a wonton wrapper, fold in both ends and roll tightly and place on Parchment paper. Spritz or brush with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with MOV Bleu Cheese Dressing recipe, celery sticks and carrots. |
