Chicken Barbeque

Directions:
The day before, combine first 4 ingredients. Cover with plastic film and refrigerate overnight. In a large pan, melt butter and oil over medium heat, add veggies. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add flour and whisk for 2-3 more minutes until golden brown. Add chicken stock and wine slowly and cook for 1 minute. Add barbecue sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often. Cook marinated chicken thoroughly in the oven or a pan until minimum internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Add chicken to sauce and simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes. Enjoy!!!! |
