My small company hand blends coffee and tea spice rubs that enhance and tenderize beef, poultry, pork, fish and vegetables. All of the rubs are gluten free, vegan, and are all natural.

Recipe from Tina's last visit
Sauteed Fresh Corn, Grape Tomatoes &
Spicy Coffee Rub Mash-Up
Ingredients:
- 7 ears of corn on the cob (white or yellow)
- 6 ounces grape tomatoes (cut in half)
- 3 Tablespoons MOV Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (or your favorite MOV Infused Olive Oil - (Garlic, Butter, Cayenne)
- 2 Tablespoons Rub Me Tender Spicy Coffee Rub
Directions:
Remove the husks and silk from the corn. Cut the kernels as close to the husk cob as possible. You should have about 6 cups of kernels. In a large saute pan over medium heat, add the olive oil. Add the tomatoes, tossing for about 2 minutes. Add spicy coffee rub and stir for about 30 seconds. Add the corn and saute on medium low heat for 5-6 minutes stirring occasionally. Transfer to a large bowl and serve.
