From the MOV Kitchen
In a bowl, combine the chicken & cheese till evenly blended.
Sprinkle with dip mix & flour till evenly distributed.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg and mayonnaise till blended.
Add the egg mixture to the chicken.
Combine all ingredients & blend to desired consistency.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 - 3 hours to firm the mixture.
With a spoon, form the mixture into patties. Dip each pattie into the bread crumbs till coated.
Heat the oil in a fry pan & cook the patties 3-5 min per side till golden brown.
Serve on a burger bun or as the main with vegetables.
