Chicken Patties
​From the MOV Kitchen


Ingredients: 
  • 1-1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded 
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 teas. NHHS "Dill"Licious Dip
  • 1/2 Tbls. MOV Sicilian Lemon balsamic
  • MOV Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil​
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

​In a bowl, combine the chicken & cheese till evenly blended.
Sprinkle with dip mix & flour till evenly distributed.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg and mayonnaise till blended.
Add the egg mixture to the chicken.
Combine all ingredients & blend to desired consistency.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 - 3 hours to firm the mixture.

With a spoon, form the mixture into patties. Dip each pattie into the bread crumbs till coated.

Heat the oil in a fry pan & cook the patties 3-5 min per side till golden brown.

​Serve on a burger bun or as the main with vegetables.
