Fruit Quesadillas
(from one of our cooking demos)
Ingredients:
- 4 Flour Tortillas, 10 inch
- 2 Fresh Pineapples, sliced
- 2 Fresh Bananas, sliced
- 1 Tbsp NHHS Saigon Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Cups Low Fat Shredded Cheese
- 1 Tbsp MOV Coconut White Balsamic
- Vegetable spray

Directions:
Toss fruit with sugar mixture.
Layer in Tortilla with fruit & shredded cheese.
Sprinkle with Coconut balsamic.
