Garlic-Pepper Pork Chops

Directions:
About an hour prior to cooking, take the chops out of the fridge. Generously sprinkle the chops with the garlic-pepper blend and salt. Allow them to marinate until they come to room temperature. Heat oil in pan and sear the chops on both sides (about 3-5 minutes a side depending on the thickness of the chops) until done. Serve with your favorite vegetable such as roasted brussels sprouts (pictured). Enjoy! |
