Grandma's Simple Pancakes

Directions:
Combine eggs, cottage cheese & flour in a blender. Heat nonstick griddle or skillet over med-high heat. Pour enough batter onto griddle to yield 4-inch pancakes. Cook 1-2 minutes on each side or till lightly browned. Top 3 pancakes w/1/2 up berries & drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy!! |
