Green Tea & Mint Encrusted Haddock
Ingredients:
- 4- 5oz. haddock fillets
- 2 tablespoons Rub Me Tender Green Tea & Mint Rub
- 1 Tablespoons MOV Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (or your favorite MOV Infused Olive Oil)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat fish with olive oil. Sprinkle and press Green Tea & Mint Rub on top of the haddock fillets. Bake the haddock on the middle rack, 15-18 minutes for each inch thick the fillets are or until fish pulls apart flaky.
