Koren's Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Directions:
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, veggie flakes, spices & half of the grated cheddar until well blended. In a food processor or chopper, add garlic cloves, artichoke hearts, & spinach. Dizzle olive oil to blend. Chop till fine & paste-like. Add to sour cram mixture. in a 2 quart bowl oven proof bowl, drizzle oil to coat the bowl. Add dip mixture & grate the other half of the Cheddar on top. Sprinkle additional paprika & chili powder for added color. Bake at 350F for 30 - 40 minutes or til cheese is melted & slightly golden. Serve with bread or crackers. For extra spice, use half Cheddar & half Pepper Jack cheese or add red pepper flakes. Enjoy! |
