Korey's Grilled Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 medium to large Sweet Potatoes
- 3 plus or minus, tablespoons of MOV Baklouti Chili Olive Oil (amount depends on the size of potatoes)
- 1 Tablespoon of NHHS Monadnock Custom Blend
Directions:
Preheat a grill over medium-high heat.
Slice the sweet potatoes into wedges.
Toss the wedges with Baklouti Chili olive oil so covered with oil.
Grill till tender, turning to ensure browning on all sides.
Sprinkle with Monadnock Custom Blend and serve.
