Nectarine Crostini

Directions:
Place sliced nectarines in a container and drizzle with Honey Ginger Balsamic, let sit over night. Next day - Grill or bake nectarines for about 2 minutes each side enough for the Balsamic to become a glaze, set aside. Cut your sourdough baguette and brush with Butter Olive Oil then toast until golden brown. Once toasted add mascarpone and top with the sliced nectarine - add chopped parsley for presentation. Enjoy! |
