Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins


Ingredients: 
  • 1-3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter (soft)
  • ​3/4 cup mini chocolate chips​
  • ​2 tsp. NHHS Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 7-1/2 oz. can pumpkin puree
​Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add eggs, butter, and pumpkin puree to the dry ingredients.  Mix well.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake for 18 - 20 minutes.

Yields 18 muffins.
