Rainbow Slaw
Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of broccoli, shredded
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 1/4 cup of slivered almonds
- 1 cup low fat mayo
- 1/4 Cup MOV Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 bag shredded red & green cabbage
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the mayo, Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic and salt together. Add the shredded vegetables, raisins and almonds. Toss the vegetable mixture with the mayo dressing until evenly coated. Serve immediately or keep chilled until serving. Try this salad with Jalapeno white balsamic for an extra kick! Enjoy!!! |
