Raspberry White Balsamic "Mojito"
Bring out this refreshing show stopper for brunch or anytime you want to "wow" your guests.

Ingredients:

• 4 small sprigs of mint
• 2" long zest of lime peel
• 6 fresh raspberries
• ​1 fluid ounce MOV Cascadian Wild Raspberry White Balsamic
• 2 fluid ounces rum
• 2 fluid ounces club soda

​Directions:
Muddle the mint, lime peel & raspberries and the balsamic vinegar into an Old Fashioned glass.

Add ice.

Add the rum and stir, then top the glass off with club soda.
