MOV Roasted Butternut Squash
Ingredients:
- 1 Butternut Squash
- 1 Tbl MOV Butternut Squash Seed Oil
- MOV Aged Tahitian Vanilla Balsamic to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cut the butternut squash into cubes of desired size (about 1 inch or so)
In a large bowl add the butternut squash and coat with MOV butternut squash seed oil (may not need all the oil or might need just a little more). Toss until the squash is evenly coated but not drowning in oil.
Place in oven uncovered and cook for 15 minutes. Take out and stir squash around pan. Cook for another 15 minutes or until its cooked to your liking.
