Roasted Butternut w/Mushroom-Sage & Pumpkin Spice
Ingredients:
- 3 lb. Butternut Squash
- 1 Tbl. MOV Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
- 1 Tbl. MOV Pumpkin Pie Spice White Balsamic
Directions:
Peel and dice the butternut squash. Toss liberally with the Mushroom & Sage oil, add a pinch o seas slat and a little freshly cracked pepper. Roast in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes, until tender, golden brown & carmelized. Season with Pumpkin Pie Spice balsamic. Enjoy!! |
