Smoked Salmon Feta Pasta


Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 package of Pappardelle’s Italian Pesto Blend pasta
  • 4 oz. package of Smoked Salmon (chunk kind, not Lox)
  • 4 oz. crumbled Feta
  • 1 Jar Accari & Figli Imported Capers in Vinegar
  • MOV Wild Mushroom & Sage Oil or MOV Basil Oil, your preference
  • Salt & pepper
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Cook the pasta till al dente (approximately 12 minutes.) ​Drain and let cool.

Drizzle with oil until desired consistency.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Crumble or flake the smoked salmon over the pasta.

Crumble Feta cheese over the pasta.

Rinse the capers and distribute over the pasta.

Toss everything together.​
