Spinach Filo
Ingredients:
- 18 sheets of phyllo dough
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 sun-dried tomatoes (soaked in boiling water)
- 1 tsp NHHS Za'atar spice
- Fresh Spinach leaves
- Shredded carrots
- 1 tsp MOV Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic
- MOV Garlic Olive Oil
- MOV Olive Country Spread
Directions:
Place the ingredients inside the bowl of a food processor or blender and process until creamy and smooth in consistency.
Serve with bread, crackers, pita, vegetables, or as a lovely sauce for pasta or dressing for pasta salad.
Adjust seasoning and store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to three days.
