We have searched high and low, and it appears that we have created the first of its kind, an Aged Pure Maple Balsamic, using real 100% pure maple syrup produced by a small, family farm. This balsamic is outrageously good. Think pancakes, waffles, glazing porch chops, ice cream, dressings, marinades, fruit salad, on and on.
It pearls well with our organic butter olive oil, Toasted Almond oil and blood orange olive oil.
