Mustard Flour is the ground, dried seeds of the flowering plant Sinapis alba, a member of the mustard and cabbage family. Mustard flour is most commonly used to prepare the condiment also known as yellow mustard. It can also be used to add a pungent bite to any recipe and pairs particularly well with red meats. Our Mustard has a bit that is mild to medium in intensity.
