Lemon is the Sonic Screwdriver of flavors in the kitchen. It's a bright, clean flavor that people tend to love. Paired with pistachios and a wee bit of cardamon, we'e created a gently bright & refreshing cracker that goes well with mild cheeses, hummus, or even a little dark chocolate.
Jack's Crackers is the result of a happy accident, a love of cooking, and a trio of cats. All our products are based on the idea that a cracker, like life, may be simple, but it doesn't have to be boring.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, baking powder, salt, spices, Lemoncello Liquer, natural flavor, nuts, pistachio nuts, dry roasted with olive oil, lemon peel, Lemon Olive Oil, sugar & spice.
