Turmeric and Lime Chicken

Preheat oven to 425.
Place potatoes, onion, garlic, 2 Tbl Turmeric and Lime Blend, Ginger and 3 Tbl. Garlic Oil in large bowl and mix until thoroughly coated.
Pour chicken stock in a 13x9” baking dish. Put vegetables in dish.
In the same bowl, combine chicken, 2 Tbl. Turmeric and Lime Blend, 1 Tbl. Garlic Oil, lemon juice and Thyme and mix until thoroughly coated.
Position chicken on top of the vegetables.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
