To make Beet Yogurt Sauce:
Mix together Greek yogurt and Wozz! Indian Spiced Beet Spread.  Set aside.

To make Lamb Burgers:
Mix together lamb burger ingredients and form into patties.  Oil up the grill, get your grill up to a medium to high heat and grill for approximately 4 minutes on each side.  (grill time depends on how you like your lamb cooked and the thickness of the patties).

Toast your hamburg buns if desired (just for a minute or so on the grill).

Serve lamb burger with beet yogurt sauce spooned on top with fresh arugula and sliced avocado.

Enjoy!!
