Asian Style Vegetables

Chop desired vegetables.
Sauté in olive oil, starting with the densest veggies (broccoli) adding until all veggies are in the pan (total time approx 10 minutes for crunchy texture).
Top with the minced garlic and ginger.
Add soy sauce, Serrano Honey Vinegar and white pepper.
Heat on high tossing vegetables until coated and heated through.
Serve with Seared Tuna Steaks & Cilantro Lime Rice
