Baharat Roasted Acorn Squash

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Cut acorn squash into ½” slices, remove insides. On a baking sheet, drizzle squash with garlic oil & butternut squash oil on both sides. Season w/salt & pepper & Baharat seasoning. Bake until carmelized on one side & flip until carmelized on the other side. Serve with Steal or Maple Glazed Salmon Serves 4 Enjoy! |
