Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Salmon, belly, portioned into 4 8 oz. pieces
- 1 Tbls. NHHS Hickory Smoked Salt
- 1 Tbls. NHHS Mixed Peppercorn Blend
- 1/2 cup Maple Craft Bourbon Barrel Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbls. butter
Directions:
Remove skin from salmon & season w/Hickory salt & mixed pepper blend. Sear on seasoned side until browned, then turn pop into the oven for 10 – 15 minutes, depending on the thickness. Remove from oven & let it rest. Add maple syrup to pan & rduce slightly over medium heat. Swirl in butter & immediately spoon over salmon. Serve with Baharat Roasted Acorn Squash Serves 4 Enjoy! |
